We have now implemented a new system to allow customers to unblock themselves from our firewall.
If you are being blocked continuously by our firewall please unblock yourself and open a support ticket from your client area letting us know your IP address so that we can investigate further to find out why you are being blocked.
One of the most common causes for being blocked by our firewall is that you have an incorrect password in a device or account that is continuously trying to connect with incorrect details. Removing these accounts from your devices or correcting the password will often fix the issue.
